Having had a very bad experience at another Cadillac Dealership in Jacksonville, I was very reluctant to go to another one. My son insisted that I should visited your showroom on August 29 after my granddaughter’s soccer game. I was fortunate to be greeted by Shaun Copenhaver. He had only been employed by your dealership for one week. He won me over with his vast knowledge of the vehicle, his demonstration of the vehicle’s performance, and his kind, professional demeanor. As always I'm extremely pleased with the level of service at Claude Nolan Cadillac. I actually have a Cadillac dealership and service department about 5 minutes from my home, but I have elected to drive the 30 minutes to Claude Nolan because of the impeccable service that is provided. The service at Claude Nolan is top notch and more importantly it is consistent each and every time that I have my vehicle serviced. I'd like to extend a special acknowledgement to James Zawacki who has helped me with my vehicle servicing on several occasions. James and the rest of the service staff recognize returning customers and do their best to make us real comfortable and at ease. I'd also like to mention the appreciation that I have for the extra work Claude Nolan has done to create a computerized system that allows the service personnel to use tablet PCs. The tablets are great because the service people are able to respond to questions about servicing on the spot. They are instantly able to show you the cost and services that will be provided right on the tablet. This is in stark contrast to other Cadillac dealerships that I have been to in Jacksonville and Orlando where they do not have a portable computerized system. Entering customer information on the tablet PCs is so much more professional than writing the information on scraps of paper and running back to the office. I think that Claude Nolan's attention to detail is to be commended and should be recognized. In my mind they are the service leader for all dealerships in Northeast Florida. KA
